As a Physician Assistant in the Internal Medicine/Primary Care Department at Cedars-Sinai you will achieve theremarkable
You'll Examine patients,performs comprehensive physical examinations, and compiles patient medicaldata, including health history ad results of physical examination.
You'll Administer or ordersdiagnostic tests, such as x-ray, electrocardiogram, and laboratory tests,and interprets test results for deviations from normal.
You'll Perform therapeuticprocedures such as scope evaluations, injections, immunizations, suturingand wound care.
You'll develop and implementpatient management plans, records progress notes, and assists in provisionof continuity of care.
You'll instruct and counselpatients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens.
You'll assist surgeons inoperating room procedures including retracting, providing hemostasis andsuturing
- Graduatefrom an accredited PA program with a current California PA Certificationand DEA license.
Current California PA Certification
ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association
Skilledin traditional disciplines of patient assessment and management.
1‐3 years experience as apracticing physician assistant.
