The Senior Manager, Business & Network Development will be responsible for taking lead role in growing CS Medical Network's integrated provider network in existing target markets and emerging new markets. Responsible for cross promotion of physicians and programs to drive market share. Position will be lead field manager in driving enrollment growth through: programmatic business plan development and deployment of tactics for medical network affiliates/physicians; outreach to employers, brokers, chambers and community and civic organizations; planning and oversight of special events; strategy development to drive physician practice growth. Responsible for directing and supervising Physician Network Development Managers and Medical Network Marketing staff.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Health Science or related discipline required. Master's Degree in Public Health or Health Services Administration highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years health care experience, preferably within a health system, hospital, or medical group setting, with proven track record in physician recruitment and relations, strategic and/or business planning, new program development and marketing.
