What will you be doing in this role?
The Department Administrative Manager- Radiation Therapy supervises the Patient Service Representatives department and unit's day-to-day administrative operations and is responsible for all aspects of implementation of assigned projects, acting as a single point of contact.
These responsibilities include:
Develops plans to complete assigned projects, including identification and communication with key collaborators, task management, resolving or recommending solutions, and leading timeliness of deliverables
Tracks, monitors, and follows the progress of project plans, department goals and action items as determined by department leadership
Assists in leading department’s operational and capital budgets; Provides regular information and recommendations to department leaders regarding spend vs. budget, variances, and expected adjustments
Design and carry out processes to ensure that leadership have the right financial information to set goals, make decisions, and monitor performance of employees in department
Supports department leadership as needed by fact-finding and communicating information, with recommendations, in a manner that facilitates policy and operational decisions
Handles the human resources and payroll functions of the department with upper management
High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
4+ years of office management and administrative experience
