What's this role all about?

The Mammography Technical Manager at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, will assist in promoting service excellence and creates a safe patient-centered experience.

Assures that all work produced and provided in the imaging environment is of the highest quality and is as efficient as possible.

Continually evaluates section’s workflow and harnesses changes in technology to reduce redundant processes and to eliminate those that have little value or are obsolete.

Assesses team member’s understanding of and compliance with current policies, procedures, regulations, and protocols.

Fosters an environment of collaboration and respect with health care team members, physician colleagues, patients and their families.

Must have extensive knowledge of MQSA guidelines and requirements

Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

License/Certification/Registration Requirements:

  • Current CRT License

  • ARRT (M) (R)

  • Current BLS

What else are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a Mammography Department or Breast Center
