What You will be doing in this Role:
The Social Worker will work in a hospital social work FLOAT position, with rotations to ED, transplant, Out-Patient Clinics and Community Calls. Hospital and/or medical clinic experience preferred that provides care for several patient populations.
What are we looking for?
Demonstrated ability to work with a multidisciplinary team.
Risk assessment;
Patient and family counseling;
Both MSW and LCSW applicants will be considered
Medical Social Work experience preferred
Qualifications
Requirements:
Education: Master of Social Work (MSW) required.
License: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred.
Experience: Acute Care Hospital experience preferred
