Summary of Essential Job Duties:

Under general supervision of the Neurophysiology management team, lead technical staff, and physicians, the Neurodiagnostic Technologist - Electromyography is to perform Neurodiagnostic studies in the inpatient and outpatient settings. The technologist must be able to work independently utilizing a variety of sophisticated instrumentation and applies valid clinical judgment in the performance of clinical neurophysiology procedures Including but not limited to Nerve Conduction Study (NCS).

Educational Requirements:

Minimum of associates degree in a science discipline or Graduate of accredited Neurodiagnostic program. Preferred Bachelors.

License/Certification/Registration Requirements:

BLS and R.NCS.T required upon hire.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years performing Neurodiagnostic studies.
