Job Description

We are expanding its Epilepsy and Clinical Neurophysiology Programs, and we are now recruiting a faculty member in Epilepsy. The successful candidate will join an exceptional peer group and contribute to enhancing a nationally recognized clinical and academic department, including significant programs in Movement Disorders, Vascular Neurology, Neuro-intensive care, Neuroimmunology, and Neuromuscular disorders.
Cedars-Sinai is recognized by the National Associate of Epilepsy Centers as a Level 4 Epilepsy Center. We are seeking a fellowship-trained neurologist with considerable hands-on experience in Epilepsy and Clinical Neurophysiology including all aspects of electroencephalography, continuous EEG monitoring in ICU patients, Intraoperative Monitoring, and Video-EEG Monitoring with an emphasis on non-invasive and invasive presurgical evaluations as well as the comprehensive medical management of patients with intractable epilepsy.

We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown above takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. We also offer a comprehensive faculty benefits package.
Pay Range: $282,500 - $426,000 total cash compensation.
Qualifications
Medical Degree from an accredeited medical school
Completion of ACGME fellowship training in Clinical Neurophysiology and Epilepsy
Board Certifiation/Board Eligibility in Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology
Unrestricted California license as Physician
Demonstrated competence in continuous quality improvement processes
Demonstrated leadership potential and a committment to developing and fostering a multidisciplinary, collaborative approach in the delivery of patient care
Evidence for potential exceptional academic, clinical, and professional accomplishment
A track record of excellence in teaching, patient care and administration
