We are doing cutting

edge surgeries involving high tech equipment, robotics, and image guidance

system. Cedars Sinai OR nurses coordinate care for patients undergoing

general or awake craniotomy, bariatric surgery, cardiothoracic, spine, and

orthopedic trauma. We are a level one trauma center with 26 operating


We are also a

Multi-Organ Transplant Center and OR Nurses can be part of specialty team

involving living donor liver transplant, kidney-pancreas and heart-lung

transplant. We have a collaborative team involving Specialty

Technologists such as Anesthesia, Endoscopic, Orthopedic, Spine, and Image

Guided Systems, as well as Advance Practice Nurses.

Cedars-Sinai is a center

for education and we are proud of our successful ongoing Perioperative and

Educational Requirements:

  • BSN preferred


  • Valid CA Registered NurseLicense

  • American Heart Association BLS


  • Two (2) years in acute hospitalsetting preferred

  • One (1) operating roomexperience required.
