You will be responsible and accountable for the nursing process and the delivery of patient care.
You will make clinical judgments and carry out related nursing intervention without supervision.
You will apply clinical knowledge regarding standard pattern of care to consolidate interventions for time and cost savings.
You will demonstrate knowledge of regulatory requirements in patient assignment making delegation of tasks and documentation.
You will be responsible for car for the patient and delivery team.
You will provide a dedication to customer service
Ability to meet the needs and expectation of patients and health care colleagues.
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of certified nursing program, BSN preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
A Valid California Registered Nurse License.
Certified in ACLS, BLS, NRP, Advanced EFM
NCC-EFM and RNC preferred.
Experience:
- 1+ years experience for Registered Nurse II Level in specialty.
Physical Demands:
Requires physical ability and perspective acuity to satisfactorily perform all direct and indirect patient care functions. Able to perform assigned duties in a demanding work environment.
