  • You will be responsible andaccountable for the nursing process and the delivery of patient care.

  • You will make clinicaljudgements and carry out related nursing intervention without supervision.

  • You will apply clinicalknowledge regarding standard pattern of care to consolidate interventionsfor time and cost savings.

  • You will demonstrate knowledgeof regulatory requirements in patient assignment making delegation oftasks and documentation.

  • You will oversee care for thepatient and delivery team.

  • You will provide a dedicationto customer service

  • Ability to meet the needs andexpectation of patients and health care colleagues.

EducationalRequirements:

  • Completion of certified nursingprogram, BSN preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

  • A Valid California RegisteredNurse License.

  • Certified in ACLS, BLS, NRP

  • NCC-EFM and RNC preferred.

  • Specialty Certification orobtain within 1 year

Experience:

  • 3+ years Labor and Deliveryexperience.

  • 1+ years’ experience forRegistered Nurse II Level.
