You will be responsible and accountable for the nursing process and the delivery of patient care.
You will make clinical judgements and carry out related nursing intervention without supervision.
You will apply clinical knowledge regarding standard pattern of care to consolidate interventions for time and cost savings.
You will demonstrate knowledge of regulatory requirements in patient assignment making delegation of tasks and documentation.
You will oversee care for the patient and delivery team.
You will provide a dedication to customer service

- Completion of certified nursing program, BSN preferred
A Valid California Registered Nurse License.
Certified in BLS and NRP
NCC-EFM and RNC preferred.
Specialty Certification or obtain within 1 year
3+ years NICU experience.
1+ years experience for Registered Nurse II Level.
Standing and walking: frequently
Sitting and Lifting: Occasionally
Pushing and Pulling: Occasionally
Balancing and stopping: occasionally
Kneeling and Crouching: Rarely
