As an RN Care Coordinator with Medical, Cardiac and Critical Care floatation, you will be a central participant in the continual decision-making process. You will fully utilize your adeptness at communicating priorities, managing data and creative problem-solving as you assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate the resources necessary to attain the best, most cost-effective outcomes.
As an ED, Per Diem Care Coordinator As a Per Diem Care Coordinator you will need to be available for weekday, weekend and vacation coverage.
Current CA RN license, AHA BLS, Case Management Certification required within 2
years of hire.
3-4 years Case Management experience and 2 years related nursing experience required. ED Case Management experience a must. Very strong computer skills as
employee will be entering information into hospital system majority of the day,
typing 35-40wpm, excellent verbal, written communication skills required.
Knowledge of medical literature, research methodology, health care delivery
systems and financial reimbursement.
Able to walk, stand for long periods of time
