The Radiation Therapy department is seeking for a highly motivated Sr. Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support and contribute to our mission of providing word-class health care and the best quality service to our patients and communities. What will you be doing in this role?
Under general supervision, provides administrative support to the Service Line Manager, coordinating all administrative activities of the Radiation Oncology Program. Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness and problem-solving skills in applying a detailed knowledge of the responsibilities, functions and underlying management structure of the department and of the larger Health System in organizing and prioritizing work, establishing procedures and systems and ensuring the orderly and timely flow of business through the office. Coordinates the clerical and administrative staff workflow through the office. Coordinates and administers human resource and payroll functions and participates in budget review and financial processes.
Required Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required.
Two to three years progressively responsible office and administrative experience, such experience demonstrating ability to independently establish administrative and office procedures; ability to identify problems and resourcefulness to resolve them independently and on own initiative.
Additional Qualifications we are looking for:
College diploma is preferred.
Ability to balance multiple demands and/or manage complex and competing priorities.
Ability to work within tight time frames and meet deadlines.
Ability to demonstrate time management and priority setting skills.
Ability to use software applications and operate technological devices (e.g., computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.).
Proficient working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite.
