$2,500 Sign on Bonus for External Hires

In this role you will be responsible for:
Assists patients with activities of daily living such as feeding, toileting and hygiene in the Med Surg Tele Unit
Provides basic nursing care to non-acutely and acutely ill patients
Assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment
Works under the directions and supervision of the registered nurse in charge of the team and/or unit
Answers phones and call lights
Ensures unit is stocked with supplies
Assists patient transporter as needed
Other duties as assigned
Shifts: Day Shift, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Experience:
2 or more years of nursing assistant experience (strongly preferred)
Certifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant (preferred)
Current BCLS certification via American Heart Associate or American Red Cross (required)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
Basic computer knowledge
