Position Summary:
The House Supervisor monitors, coordinates, and supervises the daily operations and activities. Acts as a resource for all the team members and works closely with other interdisciplinary teams to maintain best practice workflows and keep issues to a minimum.
· Supervises nursing staff, schedule shifts and their day-to-day duties on behalf of nursing leadership.
· Perform administrative duties including scheduling nursing shifts.
· Collaborates with other departments and programs to achieve interdisciplinary improvements.
· Maintains a safe environment for staff and patients through awareness of surroundings and participation in the safety program.
· Identifies and solves patients concerns, questions, and suggestions to ensure quality care is delivered.
· Collaborates to problem solve and make decisions to achieve desired outcomes
· Establishes effective working relationships with cross-functional team(s)

Hours (From): 1800 (To): 0630
· Valid California RN License
· A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Master’s degree preferred
· Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association
· PALS certification preferred
· Three or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse
· One or more years experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred
· Demonstrates strong interpersonal relationships in a manner which enhances communication, promotes conflict resolution and facilitates staff development.
